PUBLIC NOTICE
In order to protect the health and safety of the public and the County Clerk’s employees, I highly recommend transactions be conducted by phone, mail, fax or email, when possible.
Due to the nature of the COVID-19 virus it would be impossible to sanitize the vault area and record books within the vault, after each visit by the public.  Therefore, should you require a record search, the Clerk’s Office will be glad to obtain the records for you or you may search for the document(s) online at
www.okcountyrecords.com
Visitors entering the Courthouse will be required to follow the guidelines established by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County under the advisement of Assistant District Attorney, Steven A. Young. Please call ahead to our office to see what our current rules and regulations are.
Thank you for your cooperation as we all work through these unusual times together.
